A. CHURCH

There are weekly prayer services in each of our Assemblies where God is moving and miracles happening without necessarily having the title of “miracle” service.
The Regional Overseers Forum is currently engaging in the Church Planting process which includes identification of suitable areas.
Having come from the Together We Can Do More and Moving the Ark projects, the Ministry is still working on ensuring all Assemblies are in permanent structures as opposed to tents. The same however has to be balanced with the growth of the Ministry and planting of new churches. This has called for a cost effective method of Church settling as opposed to intercoolers.
This has been noted and most of our facilities have been improved to attend to such but it is a work in progress. Additionally, we have the Challengers Ministry to address and Minister specifically to PWDs.
This is a function of the senior pastor and Advisory Committee in providing leadership to the local assembly in line with the vision and mission.

B. HOPE MEDIA

Hope TV is countrywide on GOTV Platform and other free to air channels. The frequencies are:
Currently, the local content on Hope Tv is at 46%. We are however working on having more local content as we engage and partner local content creators for clean Christian content.

Yes. Management is working with MultiChoice to have the same onboarded.

C. SCHOOLS

With the shift to CBC the Ministry is considering the establishing of Junior High schools to be compliant.

D. FINANCES

These are the animals owned by the Ministry as captured in our Financial Statement
Yes. A certain percentage of the surplus is set aside each year to cushion the ministry in tough times.
First and foremost, all we do as CITAM is Ministry from our pulpit to our business units. Secondly this is based on reporting for example, Pastor’s salaries are reported under administrative costs.

E. MEETING MODALITIES

The meeting is being conducted in the same style and fashion as an in-person meeting, therefore the recording is not available after the meeting. Members are advised to take personal notes on areas of interest.
This is being adopted in creating of a blended report which included the Ministry’s spiritual impact, from converts to church growth and ministry ventures such as DVBS.

F. HEALTH FACILITY

This matter is being actively considered for implementation by the Business Committee of the Deacon Board. A feasibility test shall be done with regard to requirements, needs, cost benefit analysis, location among others.
